Guides for studying companies during professional transitions
A resource for those in the job application process or seeking professional opportunities
🌟 The end of the year is approaching, and many individuals are seeking new opportunities and trying to enter the job market.
One of the most crucial steps when seeking to join a company is to thoroughly understand the organization you are applying to. 🔍
In addition to providing a more solid understanding of the ground you will be treading on, in-depth knowledge about the company can create a positive impression on interviewers. This will enable you to formulate more relevant questions, provide insightful answers, and demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for the position.
In the upcoming weeks, we will address how to study a company more effectively and how to pose the right questions during a selection process.
Preparation is fundamental, and knowing how to question a recruiter is crucial. I have divided this series into three articles covering the main topics for this journey:
Understanding Products: In the first part, we will study the company and its products. 📅 December 20th
Strategy: Here, we will delve into the company's strategy, understanding its future and positioning. 📅 December 27th
Culture and Key Interview Questions: Finally, we will analyze the company's culture and raise some key questions to ask during the selection process. 📅 January 3rd
Stay tuned to your email 📬 in the coming weeks, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions or suggestions. The release dates are available next to each of the sections.
Best regards, and see you soon! :)
Hi, Henrique, I hope this message finds you well.
I'm exactly in this process of looking for other companies to work for and your words are quite reasonable. Makes a lot of sense to study about the company before an interview. For me starting to talk about the business and about the last news about the company is a card in the sleeve.
And they love it because it shows that you are really interested in the company, its culture, and business.
Congrats, Henrique, this is a great topic o/
And sometimes people refuse to study before going to a meeting. I don't know exactly the reasons to not do this but maybe we can find it.
Have a lovely rest of the year. Merry Christmas :D
